"For the most part the food is always good. Every now and then they forget to put all my food in the bag when I order to-go. Sometimes it will take then less than 5 minutes after paying to get my food and sometimes it takes over 30 minutes."
"Stopped for lunch pn my way to new Orleans and when asked for Ketchup the guy gave me 2 packs for 4 guys. I said come on man, can i get a few more. He got upset and mumbled few cursed words. I asked whats up anf he immediately got set up and threatened to fight me, came out on driveway and started racial slurs and told me "he'd shoot me on sight next time". Wendy's employees came outside and told him to go inside. He then proceeded to say we pulled a gun on him, when he was the one acting out of line, telling us he'd shoot us on sight next time and coming outside of the stablishement after us to try to fight us. 2023 and this ppl still around uneducated. Smh"
"This is consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Poor service, wrong orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today every single item wrong. Drinks and food. And food was cold. Like yesterday cold. I can only imagine how filthy and unsanitary inside. This location off our main freeway is the most critical location. And it is consistently poor service."
"Stopped by on my way to New Orleans. Only car in line . Pulled up to the window and was handed my food almost immediately. So much for cooked to order, that is clearly BS. Fries were slightly warmer than room temperature. I am a Texas Boy, real Texans don't do ketchup on hamburgers, hold the ketchup on the only order they had was just to perplexing. My burger was covered with it. Loved Wendy's for years. Not so much lately."
