"Went on a Friday evening and it was slammed. First time there, and a 20 min wait, but very worth it. Three of us, for appetizers we had the brunch bread, were well seasoned and very delicious. Entrees were the fried fish, brisket, and chicken pasta. All were great. The sides were delicious too, I especially liked the potato salad. It was worth the short wait, would definitely do again. Big thanks to Jared for the referral."
"Wonderful experience! We had our son’s rehearsal dinner at South Plains Food company. The event took place on the Patio. Paige and all of the staff working with us were wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant"

"I stopped by the South Plains Food Company a couple of weeks ago for drinks and appetizers. The bar area was a bit crowded. I suppose so, due to it being a game day. Nonetheless it was plenty of seating in the dining area but limited to 4 or 5 tables. This was my first visit, so I don't have any other days to compare this one to. However, the service seemed a bit slow."
"I was pleased with the experience I had here. The staff was pleasant and I didn't have any issues with anything or anyone. The staff was attentive and the wait time was half of what they quoted. I don't ask for much when I go to a restaurant, mostly just that the food is hot when brought out. That it was and it was tasty as well. We had the boudin egg rolls, seafood pasta, fried catfish and shrimp, onion rings, seasoned potatoes, cinnamon apples, and a kids meal. Prices are reasonable for the food and atmosphere provided. We spent around $80 including the tip. All of it was great and I will probably go back again."
