"I made an order a 5:36pm leaving my college campus. My order should’ve been ready at 5:55pm. By the time I got there, I saw several other people waiting on their orders. There is a young boy at the front counter who barely even helped anyone. All he did was walk to the front register for two seconds and leave for another 10 minutes and do the same thing repeatedly. Here I am, waiting for my order, losing patience. I wasn’t even the only one frustrated but several other people were. Those people complained on the phone to their relatives while another woman hadn’t even been given the chance to order. My mom called me twice during that whole thing. When she called me, 42 minutes had gone by total when added together. Then, when the incompetent boy finally noticed me, MY ORDER WAS NOT EVEN MADE YET. By now, an entire hour has gone by. They finally gave me my order only for the chicken to not even taste right. The chicken was soggy and over seasoned and the ranch tasted expired. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. That but should not be at the front counter of all he is going to do is walk away constantly for 10 minutes at a time and only come back for two seconds. If you can’t handle an app for customers to order from, then DONT HAVE THE APP. I should not have been waiting over an hour for my order when I ordered it 15 minutes ahead of time. This is definitely the worst Popeyes ever. Even when my family tried to order all dark meat, they gave us all white meat. They do it every time. I would not recommend this Popeyes at all to anyone who is reading this. The woman in front of me who had been there longer has every right to be angry. Especially when that same boy took her order and left only to come back 12 minutes later and say they were waiting for her order. Excuse me, shouldn’t the chicken already be made? What bothers me is how people order online and get no acknowledgement while the drive thru is more prioritized yet those people in the drive thru get the exact same treatment. These employees don’t care about their customers. The neglect them. That same woman was fed up and ended up demanding a refund which was rightfully owed. If you want advice to anyone watching, don’t waste your time at this pathetic excuse of a restaurant."

"I ordered a 3 pc white spicy with red beans and rice. I got a breast thigh and a leg and it was mild chicken it took them 20 minutes to fix my food. Very poor service."

"Must have burned an entire batch because my order taste like they tried to salvage a few pieces. Even had a couple of black burns patches as evidence. The Signature Wing Sauce was brown."

"We went in to order dinner. We were greeted fairly quickly by an employee who was not unpleasant. We ordered a 12 piece. While we were waiting, the manager had a public dispute with one of the employees that ended in her firing him. She then disappeared. She was VERY unprofessional. We checked on our order at 20 minutes and were told it would be 3 more minutes. 15 more minutes later we checked again. No one seemed to know how long it would be. Another customer got their order while we were there and publicly said that she waited 56 minutes. At 45 minutes it was clear that none of the employees knew or cared so I started asking for the manager. I was told that the manager would not come out. Not COULD not come out but WOULD not come out. I asked for a refund. They said that only the manager could do a refund and she would not come out. At about one hour we left. I will enter a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully get my money back. Definitely won’t ever go back to that store."

"THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST POPEYES I HAVE EVER GONE TO! I TRIED 4 TIMES GIVING THEM A CHANCE AND EVERYTIME ITS A PROBLEM! MY ORDER IS ALWAYS COLD, NEVER CORRECT, 50 MIN WAIT TO EVEN GET MY ORDER. TWICE I PLACED THE ORDER ONLINE, THE OTHER AT THE BOX. NEITHER MADE A DAMN AS MY WAIT TIME WAS STILL THE SAME. THEY'RE ALWAYS OUTTA STUFF. NAPKINS, HONEY, SAUCES ETC. GO TO THE ONE IN BAKER. THEY'RE NOT TO MUCH BETTER IN BAKER, BUT NOT AS BAD AS THIS ONE IN ZACHARY! IM CALLING CORPORATE. IM SICKA THIS. IM DIABETIC & NEED MY MEALS ON TIME!"
