"Ribs weren't "fall off the bone" tender. Good flavor but a little tough on a couple of them. Asparagus was not trimmed of tough ends. Service was a little slow, took a few minutes for the server to ask about refills. They weren't very busy."
"At first when we walked in I honestly thought this place was joking. This place told us that we cannot serve a party of 8 people. The employees was sitting down on their cell phone. They continued to serve others but insisted our party was too big. Please look at employees sitting down. She didn't not budge moving from her seat. We flew here from Hawaii. They said they had 1 cook and we should try finding another establishment to eat."
"Paid 29.18 and I didn’t even get the order right Stake was salty super salty Manager refund me $18. I wasn’t happy with that. no more order from chill’s pay $29 got back $18.00 With nasty Salty food if I wasn’t on pain I would drive back and give them they food back and get my money back shame on the manager shame on you lady If you order through Uper stop and don’t order through Uber."
"Took my grandson to this establishment for his birthday. First, the restaurant was clean from the entrance to the restroom. Secondly, the young man that greeted us upon entrance was very pleasant and even assisted us with service after being seated (I’ll explain later). Next, the food was prepared as expected and to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the wait to be serviced was long due to being short of employees, thus the greeter had to assist our server. Fourth, the server was pleasant and did her best to address our needs but it was obvious she was assigned to too many tables and most had groups of five or more people. Finally, I am giving the restaurant a four star rating only because of the unusual long wait, but as stated above, the establishment was clean, the employees were great, and the food was good. And yes, we left a tip to reflect a five star visit."
