"I have been shopping here for over 10 years and have to say that I'm SO HAPPY that ZARA is finally open in Baton Rouge bc BR Factory has been a joke and only tolerated by women who need professional wear bc there weren't many options. The markup is ridiculous!!! A simple skirt is marked up $100 then discounted 40%. It is ludicrous. It's not hardly an outlet store. In fact, what's being sold would never be sold in a regular Banana Republic store. If you do go, just go straight to the back to the clearance racks, the rest of the store is retail gaslighting."

"We arrived at Bannana Republic last night at about 8:45 pm. They close at 9:00 pm. I asked if the staff would be kind enough to allow my wife to shop. The were. We left the store at 9:45 pm. I cannot thank the staff, the sales woman and the store assistant manager enough for allowing my wife to shop. My wife has clothes to wear today because of your kindness! We are traveling and it was an emergency. She absolutely had nothing to wear. Kirsten, you certainly went above and beyond last night. I will be talking with your General manager about you and your superlative customer service. If there is someone in a corporate Manager position or regional manager position, i will also be speaking with them. Why you are not at least an assistant manager at least , i surely don't know. We will be back later today to spend more money with you. Thank you again, Kirsten! We never really cared about Banana Republic until we met you!!!"

"There were 2 peice set pajamas for $4.97!!!! And there are so many clothes that were literally $3.97 and $4.97! I purchase this skirt and a red and black one for less than $4.97 once the discounts were applied! I bought a regular $179 puffer jacket for $4.97 with an additional 10% off!"

"This place is actually a true factory outlet store unlike a lot of the stores in this complex. They had very good pricing up to 70% off retail. We bought several things and we were very impressed with the layout of the store and the staff was very friendly. highly recommend hitting this place up if you are ever in the Tanger outlet mall in Gonzales."
