"Do NOT I repeat do NOT go to Tanger Outlet in Gonzales, La horrible customer service the manager told me my clothes smell like fried food while she asked her co workers to smell the clothes. She said she can’t put them back on the floor and it’s only been three days and receipt clearly states 14 days not washed, worn or damaged. Ran like a hood store . Poorly store #6509 need a new manager before I return. Mrs. Lee didn’t even want to give her full name or corporate information because I pray they didn’t tell them to smell clothes in front the whole store full of customers and informed me there not allowed to steam clean anymore during Covid they go straight back to the racks"
"The staff was cool & calm BUT DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ! The dressing rooms are closed but yet they DON'T DO RETURNS . So you go home & try on what you've just bought . . . if it doesn't fit oh well you can only exchange . Hopefully the next size fits if they even have it but you won't know because you can't try it on. So strange you can't try on in a store that you can't even get your money back if it doesn't fit ."
"Just order online. Unless you are going to this store for accessories or a bathing suit, do not get clothes from here. More than likely they only have size 0 -5. You can not find a bigger size and they don't do returns. Must be exchanged with 14 days and if not money should be put on a gift card, but they claim they don't do that either. And everyone has an attitude, except for one lady. Don't waste your time. Order online or don't shop here at all. This is not the same store as it was before they closed. Such a shame cause it was nice."
"It's okay. It's a trendy place for young girls that's filled with inexpensively made clothing. Good for a few wears, but not really wardrobe building staples. But if you are thin and need a cute outfit for a one time event, you might find something here."
