"Best restaurant I've eaten at in a while. I'm from Mississippi and I'd say it was worth a couple hour drive. I had a ham and cheese sandwich + a blue bubble gum snow ball and I was not expecting them to be so good. If you're from Mississippi, Texas, or Arkansas, this is worth the long drive!"

"I've been driving by this place for months and finally decided to try it. Walking in I was kind of pleasantly surprised. Its bright, and clean..has a couple of tables and a counter to eat at. Outside, there are a few benches to sit and eat and enjoy watching the traffic on Barataria!! Lol I placed an order to go, just some fries and a homemade roast beef on french bread. The fries were real good and well done just as I asked. The roast beef and gravy on it was one of the best tasting I've had New Orleans included! They have daily specials and plenty of parking. I will be back ti try more of the menu!!"

"We recently visited for the first time and were already planning our next visit before we even left. The burger was huge and tasted great, as did the chili cheese fries. The stuffed snowball and chocolate malt were also very good. The banana split was amazing as well."

"Monkey Jane's is awesome. The staff is super friendly and very personable. The food is fresh, made in-house and cooked to order. Snowballs are always full of juice and taste very very good. The burgers are HUGE and very juicy and flavorful! I have heard so many good things about the roast beef, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. During this "wonderful" COVID-19 season this place is perfect to take the kids to get them out the house and get some treats...MJ's has open, spacious outdoor seating. (There is indoor seating, but obviously not open during this time.)"
