"I've been visiting this starbucks for about 2-3 years. I'm not a frequent guest but when i want starbucks i go to this one, being that it's the closest one to me. But when i do go, it's never pleasant. The employees are always so rude. They're either standing around looking at you like you're supposed to take your own order & make it, pay then leave. They're constantly side-eyeing and mean mugging you. Or they leave the counter while you're ordering to tell a different employee to take the rest of your order & they go sit & talk. It's literally insane. I've never had a good experience here other than two times. This one guy asked me how my day was, helped me pick a drink & explain them to my husband. And took our orders & told us what everything was because we were getting new drinks we never tried. Another time, this other guy asked me how my morning was & he complimented my nails. He smiled and communicated in such a sweet and caring way. That was about 2/3 months ago. But it still stuck with me because it was a genuine human interaction & i've never had it at that starbucks. I was very pleased. But as far as the rest. I have nothing but condemnation. I hope this is fixed or brought up because this location is really bringing down what starbucks claims to stand for."
