"Literally I ordered a well done cooked pizza and it came out raw… I don’t even want to call and get a pizza comped that’s how bad this pizza was. I’ll never return to this location again. "One hour and 50 minutes to get pizza on a Friday night! The app regarding preparation progress was stuck on 'making your pizza' for 1 1/2 hours. When I tried to call to see what the problem was NO ONE picked up the phone. I tried TWICE, only voice menu, then endless ringing. When the finally arrived I questioned the driver, but he had no idea, just said they're very busy. It used to take 45- 60 minutes to get delivery."
"Papa John's Pizza used to be my favorite pizza place for a commercial pizza chain. I have given them three chances. Twice in my city and once at my second home. I am convinced they suck!!!!! The last three experiences were at different locations and even a different state. The pizza was disgusting. The presentation was poor. The pepper they placed in the box was dried out. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of Papa John's Pizza"
"Papa johns on Allen Toussaint Blvd Needs Better Workers How You Have an Attitude when a person walks in the place then make their pizza wrong/half done than charge my credit card twice. They need to shut all these fast food places down YALL going to wine up getting someone sick from a half done pizza if a person tells you well done why make it half done. Poor service!!"
"Ordered garlic breadsticks to began with and it wasn't... I told the guy I ordered garlic breadsticks in garlic and he gave me the garlic dip, then I asked him can he please just toss them in what they normally toss the breadsticks in and he gave me all this extra garlic with unnecessary sauce."
