"as we see today employee who are trying harder not to work than donong thier job. we circled the store twice the employee in theare was visiting witht the SAME PERSON WE FINIAL HAD TO ASK HER TO HELP.. as she was searching half heartly for the item she never ck the inventory list for the store. the person who she was visiting with follows us around and as soon, and was still trying to carry a converation .. then we go to check out and the checker say you can use the self check out .. instead of helping and then check out 2 other befor e we were done.. not going back for a while."

"We went to a try me day at the store, and it's great. A great way to do a craft with your kids and we love that it's free, but since it was our first time going, I didn't know where it was being held. There were NO signs, and no arrows to pin people in the right direction and there were no employees on the floor to assist. We had to go wait in line to ask the cashier's and they didn't even fully understand what we were looking for or that the store was offering this. Better communication between employees & the store needs to inform employees & encourage them to be knowledgeable of what is going on. The idea of this is GREAT!! & The lady who helped and was in charge of the crafts was great! Sweet & kind with the kids, talkative, and great creative ideas! The stores need signs outside and better advertisement to inform parents. Also sending flyers to local schools of a calendar of events could help spread information."
