"I don’t think I can go back here. They didn’t acknowledge me when I pulled up to order even though they just spoke with someone in front of me. Then when I got to the window, they didn’t repeat my order and just looked at me weird. They almost didn’t give me my whole order, and my fries were basically cold. They made me wait a whole 15 minutes in the line while cars were piling up for god knows what reason. I normally am not like this but this is poor customer service. I understand they just opened but have some manners if you want to keep a business running."
