"Terrible service and terrible food. I went to this location the other day and i had the worst service ever. It took over 20 mins to make a smoothie and a wrap. When I got my order the smoothie was watery and the wrap was cold. It also have terrible management, from the workers to the owners. They obviously don’t care about their customers, they only care about the money. It’s disappointing to say they just opened and they are already doing bad. Then the workers do not care about the customers, they be on their phones infront of our face, use profanity infront of us and kids. Its a respect thing, how can you expext customers to come in and you don’t even respect us or treat us with kidness. 0/10 I would never come back or recommend this place to anybody I know."

"I heard good things about Tropical Smoothie so I decided to try it out on my way home. Little did I know that I chose the worst location. When I tried to place my order I felt as though I was being rushed and then when I asked what sides they offered I got a nasty attitude. After my order was placed it took over fifteen minutes for one wrap that was ok at best. They also don’t care how their wraps are assembled and don’t even attempt quality control; as I had a large piece of the bottom stalk of lettuce jammed in the middle of the wrap. I’d expect a wait like that if a business was slammed during a lunch or dinner rush but when I went, around 1pm, they were dead. Over all, it seemed as if nothing is prioritized and they treat you as if you’re a nuisance for being there. If I could give a lower score I would. 0/10 would not recommend."

"I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and was utterly disappointed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. I was disregarded and treated as if my business didn't matter. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers. When I tried to place my order, I was met with impatience and a total lack of courtesy. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. To make matters worse, the smoothie I received was subpar at best. It was poorly blended and lacked any semblance of freshness. It's a shame because I had heard decent things about this place, but after this experience, I will never be back. Save yourself the frustration and find another smoothie spot that actually values its customers. This is by far the most disappointed I have been in years after trying to eat out. The owners of this establishment need to sit down and figure it out with management, because what they have now, it is not working."

"The food is very good but the service is terrible. Sitting in drive though with no one here except us and they are on their phones and has taken over 20 minutes for smoothies. They need to have better service or they will go under!"
