"Worst expernice ever, I had for online Shopping. Had ordered Skinny Chino Pants and they shipped tappered Chino Pants, in the same order the had send wrong color pant. Moreover had paid for extra shipping then also shipment arrived one day delay. Plus color was different, when I called to inform about same thing the customer service people gave different answer. First call said as one time courtesy will refund you the money for pants. She didnt mention about any returns, and in email received refund for only one. When I did live chat they denied for help. I call them again for the help, he said he cannot help as he didn't had an authority, but he mentioned that if I dont return the first pant on which lady had refunded, then they will charge my card again. So it's better to pay bucks extra and shop at different place."
