"Cajun Off-road is awesome had my 2017 f150 re-geared by them. This review is more on the long term side of things.I had the front passenger side axle seal began to leak. Brian came out and checked the vacuum system on my truck witch he explained could be a fault of the hubs not disengaging. He also explained how it could be a breather or just down to a faulty seal out the box. This ended up being the issue. Brian explains things very well and is easy to learn from him as he explains things that could/do go on in your vehicle. This is great because most shops will just tell you what’s wrong or what it’s doing and not actually explain it to the customer how or why its wrong or doing it. Brian also honors his work a major plus. Tony at the front desk is helpful and provides great customer service. Look forward do doing business in the future. Also be patient with the phone if a busy tone comes up call again in 15 minutes. Not a big deal. I don’t usually write reviews on businesses Cajun off-road is stellar in every category so I felt they deserved one."

"I’ve been going to Cajun Off Road for the past few years now. I have a 2011 Jeep JK that’s pretty built more or less (I don’t even know where to start - 4” Evo Plush Coil Springs, Fox Shocks, 37” Trail Grapplers on KMC machete bead locks, Ultimate Dana 44 front with E-Locker, Reid Knuckles, PSC hydro assist with Big Bore, Rear ARB Locker, Alpine IR Long Arm Kit, etc etc etc). I’m a hobby mechanic so I do all of my own work but sometimes in the off-roading world you just need a second opinion from someone who has real world experience. This is the place you wanna bring your 4 x 4 to if you need any help whether it’s a repair, maintenance or upgrade. Brian the owner and mechanic of the shop has decades of experience and knows exactly what he’s talking about. I would trust him in a heartbeat. I can see why he’s booked weeks out if you need him to work on your rig. Toni his office manager is amazing as well. I should have written this review years ago but have been lazy lol. Anyways if you need QUALITY service, look no further!"

"After sending a detailed list of the lift and accessories I wanted installed and making a follow-up phone call where they assured me they would get back with me the following week, they never followed up and got back with me. They apparently aren't interested in new business. Take your business elsewhere where they actually want it."

"We're from Austin, TX. but my son attends UL and has his (lifted) Jeep Wrangler with him. It was having "death wobbles" and we usually have our aftermarket Jeep guys in Austin handle everything. Son is SUPER busy as a FT student and working FT as a FB Coach as well. I had several phone conversations with Toni and she was so helpful and accommodating. I was able to swing into town last week and take my son's Jeep to Cajun Off Road and Brian quickly and efficiently evaluated & checked for anything loose. He then rotated & balanced tires and added a steering stabilizer which took care of the death wobble. So thankful that I found this place!!"

"From start to finish, Cajun Off Road went above and beyond to exceed any expectations I had. Brian and his staff made every step of this process easy as can be. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in to replace the ball joints. Brian noticed a tear in my control arm bracket and recommended possible solutions. Because of this attention to detail, I will always bring any future projects to Cajun Off Road. When he is not busy, he even explains things to me to help me become a better Jeep owner. What else can I say, this place is great. I would give more stars if they allowed it."
