"Needed a new battery for my Kabota tractor. Walked into the store, and a man behind the parts counter greeted me with a smile and said, "You can put your battery here." I was in and out within 15 minutes with a battery, and it came with a 3 year warranty. Great experience!"
"My truck battery died at lunch after work I was able to use jumper cables to get it started and drove to O'Reilly and they were able to confirm that my battery wasn't good and asked which battery I wanted and asked my vehicle year make and model and had the battery waiting for me when I came in with the old one. Great customer service much appreciated!!"
