I brought the Bouquet back immediately (my daughter had picked it up) to see if it could be fixed to which the owner told me I would have to pay extra for her to take it apart and fix it. Unbelievable. I will never set foot in this shop ever again. I had to purchase flowers from our local grocery store and fix it myself before prom today. Lost a customer in me for sure. Thankfully I was able to fix it myself so my daughter would have something for tonight."
