"January 10th 2024 went to 854 Magnolia Ave., Port Neches, Tx., Dairy Queen and purchased "2" chicken and dumplings with toast to go at the window. Received my order (all in one bag), after waiting in the parking lot, brought it home to Groves. The container lid was sitting on top of the other chicken and dumpling container. The lid was crushed from the heat and weight. This caused pieces of plastic lid to be inside the chicken and dumplins itself.Chicken and dumplings leaked out all inside the brown bag which the bottom of it broke loose. I had chicken and dumplings on the floor in my car. Call the manager and spoke with a female manager. Who would not release her name.I will not be shopping at this Dairy Queen again."
"They have this stupid thing where there's a gap in the line for no reason whatsoever. There is plenty of parking lot for people to just drive around but if you're not from P.N.and commit the unpardonable sin of not knowing this, they make a huge loud scene, refuse to serve you when you get to the window and accuse you loudly of cutting the line. There is no sign anywhere informing customers of this. Other, evidently regular customers, are encouraged to cuss you and sit on the horn and act in an aggressive way for no reason at all if you dont kniw the traffic pattern. I can see something happening one day and them being sued for injuries. It happens on a regular basis. The idee0ts are too st00pid to realize that every customer isn't from there. Corporate should have done something about this clown show a long time ago."

"Went in for a quick bite. They did not disappoint. Taco salad is quite good for fast food!!"
"Didn't give me the right food I asked for. I had to get it remade, was ignored by two different people. Took ten minutes to remake it. Not to mention they are shorting everyone food and serving it in to go containers and bags. Also I didn't receive the correct amount of change, shorted me $8. Go back to school and learn how to count change. Never going back."
