"Normally don’t care to post reviews, but their attitudes stink. We got meals and they left out our sides of tots when I pressed the button to call back he brought back one then didn’t answer when I pressed the button again so I went to drive thru and they had attitudes then told me the tots were in the bag, clearly weren’t. Then we get home and my husband got the toaster melt with bacon and they completely left out the bacon."

"Stopped there tonight after we went to a trunk or treat. I ordered a large drink with sweet cream. We had a car hop named Amanda. She brought the drinks to us and it didn’t have any sweet cream. So we called back had to wait for forever because the car hop and another man worker went into the restroom together and was in there forever. She finally got back on the order thing and we told her what happened she came out and gave me one half and half and said “ here that’s what we use to make our sweet cream”. Absolutely unprofessional and rude as all get out. Instead of being in the restroom with another co worker make sure you get people’s order right. Thanks!"

"Mad about Sonic taking away the 'before 10am 99¢ large drink' away- but that's all Sonics. The Bridge City Sonic is the least ghetto of all the sonics in SeTx... usually decent customer service and orders are usually correct."

"Stop there tonight to get something to eat on 07/22/23 at 8pm they started taking our order and we noticed they put something that we didn't want so we stopped and told them to take off chicken sandwiches combo. So we started to finish order the girl didn't know what we said then we waited about 2 to 3 min and they came back to us Welcome to sonic can I take your order at this point forget what we already ordered we then told them nevermind we noticed employees outside talking and jumping around with a white mini coup so we just left they didn't want any business. Very poor customer service poor management poor everything will not be back to this sonic."
