"This location is terrible. I would give it zero stars if available. Employees are unprofessional and find it humorous when they mess your order up and tell you laughingly "oh....we can't do anything about it"....unbelievable. If you plan on ordering ahead on the app to be ready when you arrive....forget it....this store doesn't full your order till you arrive and when they don't have items to fulfill said order, the employees think it's a big joke. Worse yet is you can't cancel your order for a refund....just terrible."
"Just went through the drive through, the service was terrible. Rude lady in drive through was slaming window shut and tossed our drink at us and spilling it all over the driver. Attitude is the worst, because we asked for something they were out of. Do not go here."
"I work at Popeyes on Gulf Way in Port Arthur Texas, have been employed for 11 months, will be making a year on the 28 of December. I have had the privilege of tasting every item in there on an everyday basis, I can truly say that I don't have any favorites because I love all of them, not because I work there, but it's because the food is that good!"

"Store is clean, the chicken is what you expect. The employees here are terrible though. Everyone hates their job and it shows. You walk up to order and they just stare at you. No acknowledgment, no greeting, no order confirmation, nothing. No one is asking for you to pretend to love it here, we’re just asking for you to reach a baseline of competency. It took an hour for an online order to be prepared, with me waiting for over 30 minutes in the store. And of course no apology, excuse, or reason was given."
