"I'm with K-THONG on this one. This location has gone downhill over the last few months in terms of food quality and service. Today I placed an order through the app for drive-thru, and at the window was told they ran out of the size cup I ordered and asked if that was okay, in a not particularly polite tone of voice. I said it's okay if I'm refunded the difference. She told me I had to do it through the app. That's fair, but again, kind of a rude tone of voice and it really put me off. I know it's a sucky job, but it's not hard to act like a decent human being. I chose to not take the order and filed for a full refund through the app, and I won't be going back to that location."

"Last 3 times I’ve went the food has tasted awful. Like they’re using very very old oil. Literally can’t even eat it. No one is ever in line at this location and the reviews are terrible. Yet things are just getting worse. You can’t convince me this isn’t a front business."

"Came to get a seasonal burger. It was dried out, made sloppy, cold, and incorrect bun. They were out of all large and small sizes. The window lady was rude and lacking in customer service skills. I definitely felt like they found having a customer bothersome."

"while we’ve had good experiences here, their food is always fresh. Today we stopped for a quick burger, and my husbands wasn’t made right (he added and paid for bacon and cheese) it wasn’t on his burger, while mine was made correctly… They definitely put zero effort into actually putting the burger together. Picture listed of how it was opened."
