"Caught it right after the employee had mopped the dining room. Definitely could have used more Wet Floor signs. The floor was extremely slippery when wet. Good way to cause an accidental fall & injury."

"The computer "lost" our order so we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our order! The restrooms were absolutely terrible! Employees just hanging out on their phones in the restrooms! It was the worst "fast food " experience I've ever had!"

"There was a gentle man in the drive through window he just seemed so happy to be at work and doing what he was doing and honestly that made my whole night. I had a rough day at work and his positive attitude made the rest of my evening!! My order number was 1329 I left at about 6:15pm! The gentleman was amazing you don’t get customer service like that at fast food anymore but this gentleman is setting my new standard!!! It’s true happiness is contagious!!"

"I never leave reviews, but something at this McDonald’s NEEDS to change. As we pulled into the parking lot we witnessed an elderly woman trip and fall over the curb and hit her head, she was bleeding all over from multiple cuts on her face and limping. We helped her inside and asked the employees for a first aid kit and ice; they left us hanging forever and when they finally found a first aid kit there was nothing in it, no bandages, alcohol wipes, Neosporin, nothing! We sat in the lobby for an HOUR before they finally found the accident report form we requested. (I think they were hoping we’d just leave) I can only hope the urgent care isn’t closed by the time she gets there because of how long they ignored us. They acted like we weren’t even there. When we finally got the manger to talk to us she said “I was on the grill”…so that’s more important then a lady bleeding in your establishment? We were the only people in the lobby but it was like we were invisible to them. If we hadn’t been there I have no idea what would’ve happened. It’s obvious there’s been no training on how to respond in an emergency and when we told the manger that she stormed off and said “I don’t need training!!! this is my first time having to do this”…that’s what’s training is for, so when an accident happens you know how to respond. To be honest, you don’t need to be an expert on anything to be a decent human being and be kind and caring. The store manger needs to train all their employees and managers on how to respond in an emergency."

"We ordered our food through the mobile order McDonalds app prior to getting there. We parked in spot 4 and checked in. We then waited like 45 minutes before the app said our order was done. Then they never brought our food out so eventually my bf walked in to check on it and they had it just sitting on the counter and were expecting us to come get it apparently. That defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order. Any other time I've ever done this, they've brought my order out to my vehicle. So by this time, all the food was cold and gross. As you can tell by the photo of the cheeseburger, they don't care about the quality of their food as it was so sloppy and just thrown together in a hurry. Worse mcdonalds."
