"Hi, I come to Dunkin every day, regularly... This was my worst experience ever. My Butter Pecan iced Latte with hazelnut, toasted white chocolate and caramel drizzle all around was completely watered down.. the girls working the evening shift had horrible attitudes. I even went back around to get it remade, and it still tasted the exact same after me telling them it tasted watered down. I will be contacting customer service over this issue."
"The kiosk does not have all the menu items. They look at you like you're the idiot when it's their equipment that doesn't work properly. Plus, their service is slow."
"Don’t go inside they will ignore you and wait for you to figure out how to order on the kiosk. Went through the drive thru and they sent me to the front where I waited 15 min and still didn’t get one bagel sandwich. Workers are rude and not working."
"I love getting their donuts. First time trying the dragon fruit drink. It was okay. One of the workers was asking the cashier in front of me if the others and I came in came together or not. After me and the other 3 paid for our food. Weird guy. Other than that everybody was nice and respectful."
"This is, hands down, repeatedly, the Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Signature drinks are sometimes served without whipped cream. Frozen drinks are never fully blended. Syrups/flavorings are always skimpy. You can do better. You should do better."
