"I bought an 8 Peace of spicy chicken and a large rice dressing and a large red beer, a red red bean and rice and they did not give me my biscuit and the chicken was cold and they don’t answer the phone. I tried calling him. Nobody answered the phone over there."
"I'm not sure what's happening with the portions anymore. They barely have any of their extras they advertise, and the chicken on sandwiches has resorted to crunchy fried dough. Hopefully, they will address this soon, because the prices are steep."
"Popeyes is my favorite fast-food restaurant but this location is a disaster. I cannot tell you how many times I've emphasized "plain" when I order a sandwich and still get sauce and pickles. Tiny portions for fries, scrawny strips, and telling me my coupon was for 4.99 when it was for 3.99. Ask for Cajun Sparkle. Never get it. Once I got three itty bitty pieces that were supposed to be strips. They were just dry skin. No meat. I informed them of this. Nothing. That was months ago. A couple of them always have this stagnant attitude like they were mad when they woke up. I'm never rude to them. I wait patiently in my car, letting them do their work. Why the attitude? All I expect is my meal (as it was ordered) and a friendly demeanor. It's not that hard. Does this look like it's 4.99? It expires in 2022. Until I hear from others that things have changed I'll just go to Wendys or even Wal-Mart for my strips and sandwiches On another note, a friend of mine sent me a gift card and no one at this location knew how to use the gift card, claiming it wasn't valid. Contacted Popeyes regional management and the woman I spoke to claimed that she never heard of Popeyes having gift cards. Candace was her name. She was condescending. Claimed she'd look into it and get back to me, which she never did. Educate yourselves on your own products."
"I have to say overall Eunice is a friendly town. So you expect politeness. But the manager she was the exceptional person. Professional experience politeness willing to help suggestions. The best run Popeyes I've ever visited... EVER.... I ONLY REGRET NOT HAVING HER NAME TO PRAISE HER PERSONALLY.."
