"Such an awesome find! Great food and excellent, friendly service! I live in San Antonio and was in the area. I wanted something unique and Cajun, which for me can be hard because I have a shell fish allergy. This place hit the spot! The boudin balls were amazing!"

Bread pudding with praline sauce is out of this world delicious. Will be back over and over again. Highly recommend. We purchased a bag of jambalaya, green onion sausage, smoked chicken salad and bread pudding. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"We love having this amazing restaurant right around the corner. Everything they make is delicious. Keep in mind that as of this review, they are only open Friday thru Sunday and they have a different special dish each weekend. Their chicken sandwich is probably the best I've ever had. All of their boudin and sausage is great! Buy the Insanity sauce and put it on all your burgers and sandwiches at home!"

"Had a Chili and Cheese Dog stuffed inside a sausage link. It was very good. My wife had a half order of Cajun Fries and they were delicious. We will be going back. I do recommend this place. They have a location in Vinton and Sulphur, Louisiana."

"Yes! Their sausages and boudins are insane ! We were in the middle of Our road trip and luckily found them! I had a 4 cheese explosion Po boy, my husband jalapeño sausage ,and shared an smoked boudin! It was insane , everyone was nice and had a super good vibe there too! Ah! And they have refrigerated and frozen products to go! We are fully stashed:)"
