"I brought my car in and I talked to a young man abut what I wanted. I got two tires that I needed and told him where I wanted them put on, gave him the lug lock and all my info. where I wanted the tires put I got the lug lock out for him and everything and he said:"Okay, you're good. I got you." But, then he went on break and never came back; and they never touched my car for over an hour and. It was close to closing time by then and I had taken off a half day from work to get that taken care of. So, I called 1-800 Walmart and they called the store and they took me in and changed my tires oh, but I should not have had to go through all that."
"I would like to thank those working on 23-April-2018 for getting my wife's tires changed out. She was on the way to taking our daughter to softball practice when a car next to her slung something over and hit her car and caused tire to start losing air. I switched cars with her and got to walmart at 1730. The sign said they closed at 1800. I told them what had happened and that driving from Bridge City to Orange the pressure went from 36 to 11. They didn't hesitate and went ahead and changed all 4 tires."
