"It’s refreshing to still be able to find an honest man these days.... My AC on my 5th wheel stopped cooling Sunday and I made a call to Scott... A couple hours later he was here with his number 1 sidekick (wife)... Up on the roof he went where he discovered that a capacitor had shorted out.... Not having one, he assured me he’d be back Monday... He did prepare me for the possibility of having to replace the entire unit if replacing this part didn’t fix the problem... Today (Monday) he show up with the part.... Where did he get it - salvaged from a unit he replaced earlier in the day!!! Cost to me - $20 vs $100 if ordered on line..... Back up on the roof he went, installed the part and we had glorious cold AC again!!! I want folks to realize he could have easily told me the part didn’t fix my problem and had me pay for an entire new unit which would have cost me in excess of $1,200 and I’d have been none the wiser!!! Scott thank you buddy!!! My hat goes off to a rare honest service technician!!! Rest assured I’ll be one of your strongest references!!! Thank you and God Bless!!!!"
"Scott has been my RV tech for over 20 years. He worked at various RV corporations such as Camping World, Transwest and Gander before starting his own highly successful mobile RV service: High Country Mobile RV, located in Bailey CO, and serving much of Colorado for many years. Recently, much as we were disappointed to lose whom we considered the best RV tech in the country, Scott and Kristine decided to relocate their business to Scott's native land...Texas. Over the years, Scott has trained a number of RV techs who have remained in the greater Denver area; some have started their own businesses. He has successfully repaired/replaced our RV floor, A/C, roof, wastewater system, wheel bearings, rebuilt our slide unit, repaired many trim items and repaired electrical and tablet control system problems. Scott has gotten us out of a jam on the road many times with his advice over the phone. He is great at problem solving. He and Kristine are very ethical business people. Scott has always charged a fair price for his services. My wife Kathie and I highly recommend Deep East Texas RV for competent handling of any RV system issues that may arise."
