"Pulled in to a spot and hit the button to order was asked to go thru the drive thru. Why open and have the screens on if you aren’t taking orders at them. So I left I was not about to sit in the line of the drive thru. Lost my business."

"Ordered these & they came out watery. We tried it and it wasn’t right. As we sipped it a smell hit my nose. It was spoiled and not made right! Those $1.99 shakes DO NOT buy. My husband and kids are now sick by a sip. Not to mention when we took it back for a refund they didn’t apologize didn’t ask if they could solve it or nothing!!!! Customer service sucks and we will not be returning!!!!!!!"
"Waited 20 minutes for Banana Milkshake. The person beside me pulled up after me and left before me. And had ordered two whole meals. When my milkshake came out, it was like hot milk. It was completely melted and warm. And they did nothing to compensate. Also, cherry was, I guess, removed from the milkshake when I got it."
"Order wrong and they were put out to fix it. I ordered burger made with mustard they sent out half the order and it was made with mayo. When called back about getting rest of order and the correct order they did not know they left mic on and heard them make comment about.. what does he think this is Burger King. After third interaction with them I left. When I checked my order latter it was basically a dry burger only a drop of mustard."
