"If I could give them 0 star i would. Very unprofessional. I came in because the drive thru wasn't working. Lady at the counter got mad at me because I refuse to drink out of a cup that she put her hand on around the rim. Very low budget. I came in around 7 p.m. if I'm not mistaking this behavior was from a manager. She then proceeded to tell another woman who was a manager as if I cared. I stand on business. Can't say the same for neither of them."
"A couple of weeks ago I pulled in at 3:00 in the afternoon to the drive-thru spoke to the speaker and was told we're closed today I went there ordered the Whopper get up to the window with a 10-dollar bill and was told we don't have change. this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to In My Life"
"Today, 11/20/23 about 3:30 PM, we originally started through the drive thru but no one was working it, we were asked to come inside to place an order. There seemed to be only one employee who wanted to care for customers, a young man whose name I did not get. While my husband placed our order, a young lady locked the doors on everyone, the young man had to stop waiting on customers to walk over and let people in and when a customer tried to prip the door open for others the young lady came out from somewhere in the back and closed it again to lock customers out. Finally the young man had to come back around and unlock the doors after arguing with the young lady about leaving the doors unlocked. Probably won't go back to this location. Hopefully the young man will get recognized for his better work ethic."
"Very short staffed, very disorganized, ordered at the drive-through, asked to drive around and park and wait for my food. After 20 minutes, went inside, waited for 10 more, then asked for my money back. The staff was professional, no one was rude, but they clearly did not understand what was wrong with that level of service. But hey, at least I got my money back eventually."
"Worst service of any fast food restaurant in the area. My orders are wrong 75% of the time. Employees are always slow and/or have an attitude. I went to order at the drive thru today and they were only taking orders inside."
