"All food served at the perfect temperature. We started out with onion rings and boudin balls. The batter on both was light and golden brown, served directly from the fryer. I had the Cowboy burger and hubby had the chicken fried steak. Again, entrees were piping hot. We both had the fresh made mac & cheese. Other than needing a bit of salt, both meals were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chicken fried steak was so large, we could have split it and had some left over. Our server was pleasant and attentive."
