"My experience with Raina and Rainy Day Pet Salon has been absolutely perfect. Raina is extremely passionate and accommodating to not only pet owners but pets as well! We have one dog who is decent with baths but hates getting his nails trimmed and another who is very skittish in general but Raina was very sweet and coaxed our dogs to feel relaxed. She wasn't harsh or forceful which I appreciate a lot, as we have had more strict groomers in the past. Additionally, the day of our appointment, we were out for one of our dog's birthday and not only did she say she can be flexible but we could come a bit later so that we didn't have to rush through traffic! She uses pet friendly and vegan products, even having paw and hand sanitizer that I didn't even know existed. She was able to answer any questions I had about what products would be best for our dogs as well as questions about her in stock products. I truly feel relieved and trusting towards someone who knows their research. She even let me take pictures of our fur babies getting groomed as well as her salon. The interior is very cozy and cute! I love the theme of a rainy day with the sky painted ceiling. I know she mentioned that there are still some areas that she is renovating to make the theme pop out more which I look forward to seeing. Her salon was very organized, clean and didn't have unpleasant smells which told me that she is neat and tidy. Raina is one of the most friendly and caring pet groomers that I have had the fortunate chance of meeting. She truly takes into considerations of her clients and even adds her own personal touches to each appointment. She goes out of her way to ensure that you are 100% happy with how your pet will look. It was a pleasure working with her and seeing how our fur babies came out. I look forward to supporting her business and encourage pet owners to do the same as you and your fur baby will not be disappointed!"
