"Placed a pick up order for some hairpin legs. Said there were 6 in stock. It said the order would be ready in 3 hours (6pm). 6:30 rolls around, we hear nothing. 7 rolls around and now there are only 4/5 legs available. The lady on customer service said another store nearby has them all in stock and that we could transfer to that store for pick up the following day. Today is the following day and the availability now is supposedly 3/5. This is AFTER we’ve paid for the product. Extremely frustrating. What’s the point of pickup if they’re not going to pick up the item for you so no one else can grab it.., our order was placed first."

"Today I had the best experience at Lowe’s I’ve ever had. My husband and I went to check out for a ceiling fan and Elena was running the self check out. Even before she helped us I could see her running around to help other customers and being very courteous. And then when it was our turn she actually recommended a different fan to us based on some personal experience. She was SO helpful and nice. Lowe’s you are very lucky to have Elena around!"
