Elise's Dog Grooming

"Elise has been grooming my pom pups for a while now and everything she goes up and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate them my pups always turn out perfect( and I’m picky). They also keep me updated on the progress. I am so happy I found someone with experience, close to me and decently priced!"

"We showed up on time to a 10AM appointment arranged via Facebook message. We had a nice chat with Elise's husband, who said at one point "she's out right now". We told him that we had a 1:30 PM appointment in Milwaukie - he said "no problem, she will be done in time". We then got a text message at 12:45: "would 1:15 finish be too late?" ... "we had to bring her to our 2nd location down the road as Elise's clipper gave out". We are not happy that our dog was taken via the groomer's car to a different location without our permission or advance notification. He returned our dog just in time for us to make it to our next appointment, but, her haircut was sloppy / choppy on the back of her head - we wonder if they rushed to get her done. To be fair, we got an apology for the "unexpected delay". This was our first time with Elise, whom we did not even meet - who knows who really groomed our dog! So, with a less than quality cut and unexpectedly poor service, we will look elsewhere for a groomer."

"Elise and her husband were extremely friendly and had excellent customer service. I took my 11 month old aussiedoodle Koda to get groomed and I told her how I'd like to have him groomed and she did an excellent job. Its exactly as I wanted and she treated him with great care and patience despite his high levels of puppy energy. If you're looking for a great price, beautiful cut for your pup, and wonderful customer service, then Elise is your groomer. Plus it's great to support our local small businesses!"

"I was recommended by my friend in WA to take my dog to Elise. She took her dog to Elise for over 5 years and was sad to hear that Elise was moving to OR. I am so happy I got to meet Elise since she is by far the best groomer ive ever met. She was so patient with my dog who has an anxiety issue. She has great attention to detail and knew exactly the kind of cut my dog needed.. He looks so cute with his new cut!!! Even though she lives over 30minutes away, it is totally worth the drive!! I highly recommend Elise!!"
