Austin Point Park is a beautiful park located in Woodland, Washington, United States. This park is owned by the Port of Woodland and spans across 200 acres of prime heavy industrial property along the banks of the Columbia River. Austin Point, the southernmost parcel of the park, is strategically located just 7 miles from Interstate 5 and offers deep draft feasibility for industrial use within Cowlitz County.
A portion of the park is currently used for dredge disposal for the Columbia River on 20 acres of upland riverside property, which is leased and managed by West Coast Training. Major shipping ports such as Kalama, Longview, and Vancouver are located within close proximity to the park, making it a convenient location for industrial activities.
The Port of Woodland has also purchased additional property along Kuhnis Road to access the main line served by BNSF and Union Pacific, providing easy access for transportation and shipping. The Port offers lease-only options for its marine properties, with terms that can extend up to 80 years. Austin Point Park is a versatile and strategic location for industrial activities, with its prime location and excellent transportation connections.

Reviews
"March 2nd, cold and windy. Awesome section of the Columbia. Perfect place for fishing, sunset photos, and wildlife"
"Haven't been there yet but was wondering if someone could answer a question for me. Is it allowed for cars to drive down the Beach leave our items and park back in the lot? Or can we just park down there?"
"Love this place! Launching my kayak many times on summer, it's great place for swimming or watersports, if you have a pickup truck or suv on right tires, you can park it almost touching the water and chillin' in the bed with open tailgate!"
"Very good place for swimming, kayaking, waterbiking etc. No hard surface slip for boats, sandy beach."
"Great place to see the fireworks in St Helens. It wasn't too crowded, so we didn't have to be there early. Only porta johns for facilities."
