"I love this place so much. The workers are always professional and kind. I appreciate the thorough job and the primary focus being a job well done. I think I’ve been taking my dog here for at least a year now. Prior I tried taking her to petsmart and it was not so good. Two workers were trying to hold her still as she was freaking out. The first time I took my dog to Lisa’s place and as of today I’ve never had any complaints. Thank you for caring about your customers and their pets the way you do!"

"I can’t believe this place is still in business after she killed that women’s dog I used to take my dogs here and almost did around the time that dog coco was killed who BTW looks exactly like my dog and I’m really sorry about the loss of coco and I’m glad I did not take my dog there because , Lisa the outcome on this situation would be completely different I can’t even say .. leave it at that I really hope she sued you and I hope your in process of closing your doors because you need to be. To be that careless you don’t have that love& compassion you used to for animals and that’s obvious by the last few haircuts I used to get there I switched due to the lack of professionalism and training your staff have my dogs always came home looking terrible or cut /bleeding and they started acting scared to go that alone was enough for me I wouldn’t take my dogs to “LISA PET PARLOR “ if it was free sorry and that’s my honest to god opinion….. visit at your own risk of having your animal killed in a inhumane way poor coco……"

"I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I am still in absolute shock as to what happened to my baby Coco. I took her to Lisa’s pet pawlor to get groomed on Saturday like I have done so many times before. I dropped her off at 8:30 am , at 3:30pm I called to ask if she was ready to be picked up and I was informed that there had been an accident. I kept asking what happened and I kept getting I don’t know but she’s DEAD. What how , when and why wasn’t I called ? Did you rush her to a vet ? All questions I asked and got NO clear answer too. I also asked what time she died and was told 11-1130 that morning. when I arrived there the groomer was conducting business as usual and had my baby wrapped in a blanket in a kennel by the front door. I again asked what happened and she told a different story and swore no heaters were used on my baby. When I got her to the vet at 4-430 I told them what happened and they took her temperature and it was 96.8. There is no way that her body temperature was still normal if she passed away hours prior. We called her back because we wanted answers and she admitted that she had heat on the dog below mine and left them unattended. They killed my baby and didn’t even bother to try and get her help. Nor did they even notify me that she had passed away. I am so heartbroken and angry. I am so sorry Coco ! You will be missed dearly! I love you and may you rest in paradise my sweet girl."
