"Horrible!! Do not sign up! I have been lied to over a year ago now that the official gym opening was going to happen beginning 2023 that’s what I was told when I signed up.. I have been waiting and paying for over a year and haven’t been able to use the gym! There is no grand opening date they continually lie and say that it’ll be open in a few months! Do not join unless you want to use their temporary mini gym which is not worth it for me. Also they don’t refund you the membership months back so I have lost over 250$ for nothing. The sales reps are liars I’m very disappointed."

"Gym was suppose to open early 2023. But it hasn’t. They don’t say what the issue is. They tell you and advertise like the gym is open. Quit and go to Planet Fitness. Ten dollars a month and there gyms are open. Better deal. No contract if you don’t want one for ten a month. Go to BBB and check out complaints of Muv fitness. Many complaints you can read."

"The fact that this place has a good rating is shocking. We signed up over a year ago with the lie that the gym would open “soon”. So far the gym doesn’t even look close to opening. I canceled my membership this week. My wife went in over the weekend to cancel hers and they tell her that “they can’t cancel a membership on the weekend and that she needs to talk to a manager to cancel”. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard. So now we have to cancel on your time when it’s convenient for you guys. I can’t wait until there’s a lawsuit against this gym. And to top it off, we started the membership at a founders rate of $17 and then magically it went up to $20 without a notice. We tried to figure out why and they said a manager would call back and guess what. Were still waiting for that 3 weeks later."
