"We normally go to a different vet, however, my dog decided it was a good idea to eat a big chocolate chip cookie off of our coffee table while we weren't looking.... and of course it was after our normal vet closed. After working my way down the list of "open" vets, Sierra at Green River took our call. She was IMMEDIATELY helpful! We were able to get the information we needed, answer all my questions, and helped calm my nerves. Thank you! Thank you Thank you!!!"

"This was a few years ago, but one of our cats (about 3 years old at the time) broke his leg somehow at home! We went to our previous vet who said it needed to be amputated, but they weren't comfortable performing it. They recommended a list of vets and we went to Green River. The doctor said to keep his cast on for another few months instead because we can always cut off the leg later and can't sew it back on. We followed his directions and he healed really well!! Now, years later, you can't even tell it was broken (unless you're a vet). I'm so happy we went here! I bought my cats for a regular check-up here after that and now that we live closer, this will be our regular clinic."

"The customer service is the best I’ve ever had at a veterinarian, and the doctor is really great. He was thorough, took my concerns seriously and explained everything to me. He never once dismissed my senior dog’s problems as just being because she’s an “old dog” like my previous vet. He even caught something important that my previous vet missed and told me how to address it. I had my boyfriend switch his cat here and the doctor ended up saving her life by discovering an aggressive cancer under her tongue and successfully removing it without paralyzing her tongue. The cancer hasn’t come back! I am so glad I found this place, and so are my pets."

"We had to bring in our pup Dakota after noticing a lump on her rear jaw/neck and being referred to this vet by our regular one that isn’t a “full service” clinic. While I was a bit nervous at first, the staff were all very friendly and compassionate during the scheduling, rooming, evaluation and treatment planning. I appreciated that Dr Edwards was very prompt, to the point, and had a plan of action quickly. For any other needs that our regular vet cannot accommodate, we will be back to Green River. "Should be a zero. dog went in for a nail trim. I told them he should be muzzled as he may nip. Not only was he muzzled they dang near pinned him down as I was trying to calm him down. The gentleman that was helping decided to walk out of the room angry like as Sierra then told me I should leave because they are liable if I get bit by my dog and all the expensive equipment they have in the back. My dog had a panic attack I had to lay on the floor with him for 2 hours to get him to even slow his breathing all they said was oh you're his mom and you shouldn't have to be so protective over him. That is my child Fur or not I would not let it happen to my daughter either 1st time I've had a bad experience with this place highly disappointed. I almost got physical, took my dog and I will never go back it's so sad because hes been going there since he was a puppy."
