"Paid for move out cleaning services and floor cleaning. They broke our blinds cleaning them, didn’t full clean out the oven, and did not wipe off the ceiling fan or light fixtures which were both low hanging and within arms reach. Reached out about our concerns and have gotten no responses."

Let me help you guys out so you can look elsewhere because these people are ridiculous and honestly the reviews have to be a lie because no way is the service this terrible and they are almost a 5 star company. So I paid 100 for their deep clean service basically 50% we agreed to a time of 4pm they texted me the night prior to say they needed to change my time to 1230 I said ok as I was trying to be accommodating woke up early and started to pack and didn't get half off what I thought I would get done messaged then 1hour prior and said hey I need to change my time back to 4pm I got a message saying ok then I started driving to my new place to drop things off they show up because they are close and I let them in to look and start cleaning I get all these calls stating that the apartment needed more than the deep clean told them to just clean for the value of the $200 because I knew I didn't need everything they went back and forth with me trying to get me to pay 340 and all other charges. The company was ridiculous!! Also I still want to know because my family members works for a cleaning service what company doesn't pick up items off the floor before vacuuming? If I was picking things off the floor then why wouldn't I just vacuum the floor myself instead of paying $350 for you to do nothing don't let these people lie to you they are scammers and honestly you can find better"

"Lady cleaning has been cleaning my 3200 sq ft home for almost a year. They are fantastic! My home smells and looks amazing. They are thorough and detailed and bring their own supplies. They communicate well, and send me text reminders about when they are coming. They do consistent high quality work and make it easy for me to pay by venmo Zelle or credit card - linked in a text message after they leave- there are no surprises there, and they attach professional invoices too. You will love them!"
