They gave me a 3 hr window for both drop off and pick up but both times they arrived near the beginning of the window, which was great. I was warned at pick up that due to the rug type, there might be some dye bleeding, but when it was returned it was in perfect condition. And as soft and plush as ever! I've used Fuzzy Wuzzy twice before for a different rug and will continue to do so"

"Arrived on time. Took all 7 area rugs, cleaned them and returned in one week. Also sold me area rug pads to replace ones that were terribly worn. Those are really nice. We had a concern about one rug showing some weird spots but it was the nap and how it was brushed in places. They took the rug back and re-cleaned it and eliminated the issue. Excellent service. Reasonable pricing that included pick up and delivery."
