"I'll be honest, I first tried cleaning my carpets myself with a rental machine from a local big box hardware store. Big mistake, lol I spent hours and hours trying to extract the years of built up dust and stains. The machine just doesn't have the extraction and heat needed. I finally gave up at 1am. I called Scott the next week and he was very responsive to my request for cleaning services. He was able to schedule me the same week. We weren't able to be home at the scheduled time, but that wasn't a problem. We came to home to beautifully cleaned carpets! No stains in sight!
