They had the skills needed to handle the giant Monkey Puzzle tree I needed removed. No lifts or cranes, they simply knew how to handle a job like this. "Eva: I had a crabapple tree covered in ivy, and part of the tree fell over because the ivy was killing it. I was worried the rest of the tree would fall down on my house, so I called Dan at Bonnell. We agreed that he and his crew would take down the tree, cut the stump to the ground, and clean up. It only took a few hours for the crew to take it all out of my yard. It was fun watching from my window, they used a chain saw, wood chipper, and rakes. They moved quickly and got the job done. The yard feels more open now and looks nice....... But. I am slightly disappointed with the height of the stump left behind, and especially with the roots of the ivy all around the base of the tree. The crew did the best they could and did everything we agreed on. I called Dan to see if they could do a little more clean up. But it would require stump grinding and would cost more. So if anyone deserves the blame for me being slightly disappointed, the blame falls on the ivy itself for being so difficult..... So I am pleased enough with the work from Bonnell Tree Technicians, thanks guys!"
