They surpass our expectation of care every time and they always make our nervous lab feel comfortable during his visit. Very compassionate and knowledgeable! "I cannot say enough about how much our family loves Crestwood Animal Hospital. Dr. Norstrem always makes me feel heard and never rushed. He has been incredible with our two large pups (GSD & Cane Corso) and just as good with their sometimes nervous parents. Gena and the vet tech staff are second to none. When your dogs give love to your vet, the office staff and vet techs you know they are doing something right."

"Heartless. Dr. NORSTROM refused care for my kitty because I was 7 minutes late for her appt. to receive her second leukemia vaccination which has to be done within a certain time frame from the first. The reason I was late is because the sedative that DR. NORSTROM prescribed for my kitty didn't work as expected, so I played "Catch me if you can" for 30 minutes before I was able to get my beloved kitty in her carrier. We were both pretty traumatized at this point. When we arrived at Crestwood, 7 minutes late, they refused to help her. Even though no one was in the waiting room for an appointment. I have found out through a more competent vetenarian that the sedative prescribed by DR. NORSTROM for my kitty doesn't work well for felines. This is a known fact amongst competent veterinarians. DR. NORSTROM has a cruel and uncaring side to him that no unsuspecting animal lover should ever have to endure."

"Dr. Norstrem and the entire staff at Crestwood Animal Hospital are all very kind, knowledgeable, and take the time to educate and answer questions. We needed to find a new vet for our senior diabetic orange tabby after having no luck with other vets. We found Crestwood and Dr. Norstrem and his team had such a calm presence with the cat & were able to examine him and help us get him back on track with his insulin levels. We recently moved 2 hours south, so are now in search of a new vet. We will miss this team at Crestwood! I highly recommend Crestwood Animal Hospital for a million reasons."

"We love going to Dr. Norstrem because he knows his working dogs. Dr. Norstrem and his very capable staff have helped us K9s through a variety of health related issues and emergencies. From panicked calls inquiring how much we need to worry about how many plums a teenage puppy should be allowed to pluck from a tree to abnormal growths needing surgery and hot spots. We like a vet we can have a conversation with and where we can ask questions and figure out all options on the table. We've recommended Crestwood to a number of working K9 friends as well as our non-working dog friends because we trust the level of care received at all levels of interactions at Crestwood. *We would like to acknowledge that COVID changed vet services everywhere and that is going to have a lasting impact for a while, but when we had an emergency, we were able to be squeezed in in a reasonable timeframe."
