"I am a Hilton member and stayed at different locations, but this one doesn't live up to the Hilton standards. The room was not very well cleaned. The toilet was clogged and had to go use the one in the lobby. We let the front desk know about it and the maintenance person showed up after 1 hour after calling the second time from the room, and the front desk lady was not friendly over the phone, when we called to follow up. The bathroom was not clean, toilet clogged and the water was draining slowly in the sink and the shower. No room service or clean towels during our second day of stay. The lady at the front-desk who wears glasses is not friendly in person or over the phone. The elevators make screeching noise and they can be operated without inserting the key card."

"Friendly and helpful staff, but it’s a poorly run hotel. Parking lot is dark and the entry requires you pick up a wired phone balanced on the ledge outside at night. Elevator makes loud popping noises and the keyed security for it doesn’t work. Advertised pool isn’t accessible. Hair in the shower. Nicely furnished with good amenities though!"

"My experience here was terrible, no hot water because of the way it was designed, the manager told me that. I usually do a thorough checking the cleanliness of the room and under the furniture wwas dust and debris. For the continental breakfast there are homeless people there eating all the food. DO NOT STAY HERE and have a terrible experience like I did Dirty room Customer service No hot water (Just warm)"

"Stayed at this location in room 334 and it was far below our normal experience with Hampton/Hilton. We arrived to long lines at check in time at 3. We were told no rooms were ready, that they were behind on cleaning. Many guest were unhappy. We were very tired and on business travel. We waited an hour to check in. The room was very poorly maintained, dirty and worn. The old shower door was disgustingly dirty and falling apart with rusty screws. When touched the handle fell off scraping the top of my wife’s foot. The sink drain was mostly clogged. The top bed comforter was smelly and stained. We asked if there were other rooms and were told it was fully booked due to a sporting tournament. We could not find another hotel until Monday when we checked into the Courtyard next door. The first night got quite cold and no matter what we tried the heat would not come on. The thermostat read Error. The next day the maintenance man was able to make an alternate control work from the unit itself. When we checked out and again reported the problems the agent was very rude and said we should have said something. We did, and there were no other rooms and our real estate business took precedence. Do not recommend staying at this location. - see pictures. I’m writing this review from the Marriott Courtyard Next door. A completely better experience in total for only $15 dollars more a night. We are members of Hilton Honors and Bonvoy."

"Construction nearby has affected the accessibility of the hotel but, once one arrives, the experience is a quite nice one. The staff is generally friendly and well-informed. The rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. I had only 2 minor complaints and they were quickly addressed. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of options, and the coffee bar is better than most. I would definitely stay there again."
