"Just resigned for my second year. Getting into the place was an easy and positive experience, thanks to a lot of people including Ashley and especially Lawton. My only real frustration was some maintenance that went unanswered for some time on the Tenant Portal. Otherwise, using the Tenant Portal is easy and convenient - first time in my life I have been able to automate my rent payment. I did think it was strange that there was a 6 month face time review of the property. In 8 or so apartments, I've never had anybody besides maintenance ever set foot in my apartment, or even look inside. All in all, the Joseph Group is solid and you should feel safe renting with them."
