"The jeweley store at Fred Meyers has proved to be great as far as the lovely and varied choice of jewelry items, great quality, and good value if you buy during one of their "Family and Friends" sales. Helpful staff. They tend to be understaffed so be prepared for a wait if they are busy."
"Extremely poor customer service. I took a watch in for repair on November, 15, 2021 and never received a call about the status of the repair. I walked in on February 1st and they said they would have to call the individual doing the repair and get back to me. I did not receive a call back, thus called them. I wasn't sure about the "rust" that was reported to be the problem. I asked if I could talk to the person doing the repair. They said that they could not provide that information expect to tell me what the repair person said. Wondering what and where my watch was for all of that time. Did they hope that I would just forget about it? I eventually got it back, after I expressed my unhappiness with the situation. Beware of this place!"
