"As always absolute great quality when it comes to doors. And it’s also amazing how there’s not one employee working during midmorning that cannot take five minutes or less to help a dressed up elderly lady, who obviously had somewhere to be all she needed help with, was taking a stainless steel sink from her car and putting it on a cart. Luckily there’s usually always a guy like me around to help out because nobody else would. Very disappointed with the staff. You can never get anybody anywhere. I spent 15 minutes trying to buy a friend of mine, a new set of drills, and after yelling in the store still not one person came where I needed them for another five minutes until I had to go Down to the desk, face-to-face and say what I needed for the second time. This is absolutely unacceptable of any business, especially one with so many employees.!"
"Home Depot - Warrenton, Or. Store Five stars to all their employees for providing excellent customer service. My wife and I just happened to find an awesome ceiling light fixture we really wanted and at a great price " but " it had to be special ordered.. between, David at the CS counter, Arthur in the isles and Nicole's assistance they found the product in store and made our day. Thank you all for your customer response."
"After we removed all the things they "would not touch" several times, they canceled twice."
"Update August 2022: This store has big issues with stock. Their online site shows product available in store but when we get to the store, the product is sold out and it's a big hassle every time to order it and get it back in store. This happened a couple dozen times to me already. They will also gladly withdraw the money from my account when I order online in store and then cancel my order as I walk out. It's a twenty minute drive for me to get here and then more than often leave empty handed. Before August 2022: Large product line and very friendly and helpful personnel. Sad though that they don't have a rental department and also no van/truck rentals like many other Home Depot stores have."
