If you're ready to try something new and challenge yourself, join us for a four-week introductory class where you'll learn fundamental jiu jitsu positions and movements. This class is open to individuals ages 14 and up, so don't hesitate to sign up and start your journey to better health and fitness. Please remember to make payment before attending your booking and notify us in advance if you're unable to make your scheduled class time.
