"I have attempted on three separate occasions to order and on each occasion despite the specific details on leave on the address, and the fact that I asked them to call me when they arrive, not once has my order been delivered to the correct address. The attention to detail is nonexistent. The whole purpose of me ordering it is so that I don’t have to get out of my house to go get it myself yet the only way for me to ensure that I receive my order is to go stand on the corner of the street And make sure they see me. It really reflects poorly on the company as a whole in terms of their training. Amazon delivery and Domino’s delivery have no problem finding my front door with the same instructions that I provide Gopuff"
"Tried to apply for job listed in Lynnwood but Gopuff does not have any facility in Lynnwood at all, they tried to sign me up to work in south Seattle …. Told them “ NO” not driving to work from Everett to south Seattle to work."
"check the expiration dates on your orders. I don't think this company practices transparency or proper quality control. my delivery included vitamins which had expired 4 months ago! orders are delivered quickly which is nice. even then, I wouldn't order If I didn't get the $10 chase credit per statement on my credit card."
"Not sure why this location stops selling alcohol so early or sometimes just doesn't at all. All the stores are closed nearby and I used to use GoPuff constantly for nights like these. I can't find anything online saying why or which locations do. Also the app advertised that they go until 230am and that is a lie as well."
