"Really difficult getting a hold of staff at Gresham location by phone or email but they're always there in office. If you are a customer who likes updates, follow ups and communication like me, you might need to adjust to the lack of; otherwise, they successfully handled my case. I got to talk to Scott twice in person and he seems to be very successful (probably why they're so busy) and extremely knowledgeable so I would definitely use him again if I needed to.
