"Awful customer service. They have been holding my license plates hostage for two weeks. Office is clearly open as she is helping another customer but as soon as it is my turn they are “closed” at 10:30 AM. To think I pay actual money for this discrimination."

"I try never to use USPS, but Amazon used you and not to my benefit. Had a package sent to RV Park, USPS will not deliver there...however, instead of holding the package for the day and let me pick it up, your office sent it back immediately. Never again USPS."
"Nice, small post office. Never had more than a couple people in line in front of me when picking up a package from our PO Box (with the exception of the holidays where every post office is crazy!) Staff is always super friendly and nice. *update* so we’ve had a few packages get misplaced here. Which I understand but some staff are more willing to believe you and go look for it than others. Take your own tracking up here every time (which is their job to put it on the yellow slip but they don’t). Might give you a better experience. I don’t have a smart phone so I don’t have tracking right on me. One time I got two final slip notices for a package they couldn’t find and of course it was a live wreath that had two day shipping and by the time I got it all the needles had fallen off because it had gotten sent to us as a surprise."
"I stuck a package in the outside box and it was never received. Now I'm responsible to pay for my defaultly device through AT&T. My package was stolen and there is nothing they can do. They don't have security cameras on the outside of their buildings. If they did, this wouldn't have happened."
