"My car was picked up on time and delivery was 2 days early! My driver was super nice and always took the time to call me and let me know where he was with my car. You might pay less with someone else, but I wouldn't bother for the service and peace of mind you get with them."

"I talked to a guy. He answered my questions, called me back and was easy to contact, and was really nice. But the guy he found for me to ship my car was not a good one. He kept changing pickup dates and ended up delivering the car 3 days late. However, I received very prompt responses from the driver and he was able to address all of my concerns with the schedule and process."

"Had to move one of my vehicles from Chehalis, WA to Buffalo, NY recently and since auto transport services are not cheap and since it was a first time for me I started calling and checking prices a couple weeks prior to the move. My first surprise was the huge difference in the bids I got. They varied from about $650 to $2,000. Ultimately, though, I selected the auto transport company based on Yelp reviews. Initially I talked to Arthur but the next time I called Elena answered and they worked together to confirm the final price, set up the pickup and drop off dates, and keep me informed as to status as my vehicle was being moved. I had been told that the nature of the auto transport business is such that it’s difficult for movers to guarantee exact pickup and drop off dates but I wasn’t on a strict schedule. The promised pickup date was on a Monday but later appended to the next morning. Delivery was on the exact day and time promised though and Arthur and Elena kept me well informed. My only complaint was that I kept getting put on hold when I called but that’s probably because summer is their busy time. Overall, though, I was satisfied with this auto transport company and can understand that most the issues I had (i.e. like being put on hold) are pretty much the nature of the industry and not their fault."

"They were able to assign a shipper within a day. I got advance email of the days the trucking company would pick up and deliver to Seattle. Everything was cool, their schedule worked for me best, I would say they adjusted their schedule to my timeframe which was great. But then many things changed. I understand that there is some variability in pickup/drop off times with their trucks however it was a bit frustrating that my car was picked up 4 days later than the promised day, however, I can’t probably complain since it occurred I within the window I was given first. The delivery happened on time though. The driver called me saying he would meet me in their yard because I originally chose terminal to terminal delivery (door to door was pricier). I went there with my friend and we picked our car. Car was in a good condition, I wouldn’t say excellent, since it got a couple of scratches to it, very small ones, but it was looking good as before so I was happy for that. Didn’t have opportunity to thank the driver for his job, hopefully, he would read my review lol"

"Second time using car transport services. I had booked through another company first that did not come through. So called Seattle car shipping. I really appreciated the immediate and regular communication with elena. She was always there to answer my questions. She alerted me to every step of the process. In the pick up location driver gave me estimated time for delivery. He was very good and lived up to his promises."
